With a 15-year career as a journeyman electrician, foreman, and project manager, Chris Armstrong brings a unique perspective to mortgage brokering—combining practical, real-world experience with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals.

Chris has always had a keen interest in real estate, inspired by his own investment experience and his family’s roots in the industry (his father, a well-known Ottawa appraiser). His shift into mortgage brokering was driven by a desire for building meaningful client relationships and helping homeowners understand the mortgage process and find the right financing for their needs.

Based in Orleans, Chris is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast, foodie, and proud dad of twins. Whether he’s on the course or in a client meeting, Chris brings the same energy, focus, and commitment to getting the job done right.
