Sarah Potter grew up being mercilessly teased for her name and relation to the fictional famous wizard. She cursed the books that made her school years torture, and she groaned whenever someone asked if her brother was Harry. You’re not the first to see the joke, nor are you the 476th.

As her passion for mortgages grew, and she started teaching other agents how to maneuver through the nuances of brokering, a colleague commented, “You know, you’re quite the wizard at this,” and this time Sarah didn’t groan in dismay, but laughed, and the ‘mortgage wizard’ nickname was born.

A self-declared nerd, Sarah loves to explain the mortgage process and educate about credit.
