Raised on a farm in the Ottawa Valley and proud to still call Arnprior home, Tom brings a grounded, relationship-first approach to mortgage brokering. He lives locally with his wife and daughter and values community, connection, and helping others succeed.

Before entering the mortgage industry, he spent 26 years in education as a teacher, Vice Principal, and Principal. Throughout his career, he built a reputation as a strong communicator, thoughtful leader, and practical problem-solver—skills that now translate directly into guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

His transition into mortgage brokering was driven by a desire to take on new challenges while continuing to do what he enjoys most: helping people. He takes the time to understand each client’s situation, explain options clearly, and find solutions that make sense both today and long term.

Outside of work, he enjoys documentaries, music, a good sense of humour, and time on the golf course. At home, he’s also known for keeping things interesting by occasionally (and intentionally) misusing Gen Z terms—much to his daughter’s dismay.
